As much as I love my dogs, I haven’t always understood what they needed from me.
I’ve made mistakes, questioned my approach, and had to learn to communicate more clearly. That process changed how I think about training and the relationship behind it.
For me, it starts with two questions: Does my dog understand what I’m asking? And am I paying attention to what my dog is communicating back?
I created Jax on Laze to share what I’ve learned, talk openly about the process, and bring together people who want to keep improving alongside their dogs.
